How to create complex equation...?

I want to create an equation that consists of four variables ...i have the values of these four variables...





e.g. x= 1,2,3,4 y=25,27,31,24 u=2334,4332,4532,4432 v=200,200,200,200





Microsoft Excel provides this functionality upto two variables only...is there any software that can perform that task...?
