I use ipowerweb.com.....94 dollars a year and you do not need to know html to build it..they have site building tools...This fee included free domain registration and all....once you set up a site..you have to register the domain..then you also have to submit the site to all the search engines..which there is a search engine submittal tool included in this plan...
